A new trailer from the cast of Apple TV+ comedy “Trying” gives audiences a sneak peek into the characters and the actors who play them.
The two-minute video, dubbed “Guide to Life,” features a sit-down with some of the actors who portray characters from the series. Each actor offers a little insight into their characters’ motivations and struggles in season two.

Season two of “Trying” premiered at the end of May, and AppleInsider lauded the series for both its comedy and its heart.
The series follows Nikki and Jason, a couple played by Ester Smith and Rafe Spall, who are trying to start a family. After multiple failed attempts to get pregnant, the couple elects to go through the adoption process.
Making things harder for the couple is a need to prove their worth to an adoption panel, despite “their dysfunctional friends, screwball family, and chaotic lives” potentially getting in the way.
Apple TV+ acquired the BBC Studios comedy as its first scripted British comedy series. The show debuted to positive reviews and has since been picked up for at least two more seasons.
