Merman’s latest dramedy in development

Merman’s latest dramedy Hulu project, a half-hour dramedy is in development with 20th Century.
Set in the world of technology and dating and is based on a New Yorker short story Out There by Kate Folk

Merman’s latest dramedy explores a world where technology has been weaponized to exploit our deepest fears and desires, it will look at intimacy, modern dating and how much we’d be willing to sacrifice for a genuine connection.

Folk is writing in conjunction Sharon Horgan and Modern Family’s Jason Winer.

Carsten Kira and Clelia Mountford are joining the project as Executive Producers for Merman with Jon Radler as Executive Producer for Small Dog Picture Company
