After months of delays, the “Friends” reunion special could be shifting out of second gear because it hasn’t been their week, their month or even their year.
It was originally planned to film in March of this year in front of a live audience, however, those plans were scrapped when the coronavirus pandemic shut down almost production.
All the original Friends have signed up and all will also be co-producing : Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer.
WarnerMedia reportedly paid over $400 million for the rights to the original 10 season series which ended its run in 2004.
