Norm Crosby, the Boston born comedian known as the “Master of Malaprop” has died at the age of 93 in LA.
He began his career in the 1950’s making malapropism, (the intentional mistaken use of a similar sounding word) his signature routine. He made multiple appearances in such shows as The Jimmy Dean Show, The Hollywood Place, Dean Martin Show, The Joey Bishop Show, Liar’s Club and Johnny Carson’s The Tonight Show host.
